The BAK-AG RiOn Digital is a professional hot air plastic welding tool designed for users who require accurate temperature control, stable operation and consistent thermoplastic welding results.

The 230V, 1600W version is suitable for direct use in Romania and most European countries. It can be used for PVC and TPO membranes, tarpaulins, vinyl flooring, technical films, plastic sheets, tanks, pipes and professional plastic repair applications.

The digital display shows both the selected temperature and the actual operating temperature. Electronic regulation maintains more consistent heat and helps reduce the risk of overheating the material or producing an irregular welding seam.

Temperature is continuously adjustable from 20 to 600C. An airflow of approximately 250 l/min and static pressure of approximately 3000 Pa provide controlled performance for welding, heating, drying, bending and activating thermoplastic materials.

A 120V version is also available for special applications under product code 6600084. The 120V version requires a suitable electrical supply or correctly rated transformer and must not be connected directly to 230V.
