The Herz GmbH speed welding nozzle for 4 mm round welding rod supports efficient welding of thermoplastic sheets, pipes, tanks and technical plastic components.
The welding rod passes through the nozzle guide and is continuously directed toward the joint. At the same time, hot air heats the base surface and the filler rod, helping the operator create a consistent weld seam.
The 4 mm version provides a practical balance between accuracy and deposited material volume. It is suitable for general fabrication, maintenance and installation work and is a commonly used size for manual plastic welding.
The nozzle is push-fitted onto a compatible 5 mm tubular nozzle. The tubular nozzle, hot air tool and welding rod are sold separately. Product code 5106990.
