RETURN POLICY

1. Legal Basis

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, individual consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any justification.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to art. 16 (d), (e), (f) of OUG no. 34/2014, the following products cannot be returned:

• custom-made or personalized products (dimensions, power, special configurations)
• products that have been used, tested, installed, or modified
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• products showing signs of use or excessive handling that reduce their value

Important note:
Products supplied by Techrom Industry Solutions SRL are industrial heating elements and technical equipment. Commissioning, installation, or performance testing is considered use and cancels the right of withdrawal, in accordance with art. 14 (3) of OUG no. 34/2014.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for return, products must:

• be in new condition, without signs of use or installation
• be returned in original packaging
• include all accessories and documents (invoice, manuals, certificates)

Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to:

• refuse the return, or
• apply a reduction in the refundable amount, in accordance with art. 14 (3) of OUG no. 34/2014

4. Costs and Buyer Responsibility

• return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer
• the original shipping cost is not refundable (except in case of full return, as required by law)
• the buyer assumes full responsibility for loss or damage during return transport

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

• submit a request via email or return form, including:
  • full name
  • order number
  • IBAN and account holder name
  • reason for return
• properly package the product (preferably in original packaging)
• send the parcel to:
  Str. Crizantemei 43, C1/1, Buftea, Ilfov, Romania

After inspection:

• the customer will be notified
• the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method

6. Full Return and Partial Return

• Full return: refund includes product value and initial shipping cost (if paid)
• Partial return: only returned products are refunded; initial shipping cost is not refunded

7. Diminished Value of Returned Goods

If the returned products show signs of use beyond normal inspection (as would be allowed in a physical store), the seller may apply a reduction in the refunded amount, in accordance with OUG no. 34/2014.

8. Final Provisions

• Returns sent via national postal services or with cash on delivery are not accepted
• Products damaged due to improper installation, mechanical/electrical shock, or unauthorized intervention are not eligible for return
• If a return is rejected, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense
