Delivery Information

1. Delivery Time

• Products in stock are shipped within 2–3 business days from order confirmation
• Custom or made-to-order products are delivered within up to 30 days, depending on complexity and material availability

2. Delivery Methods

• We work with trusted courier companies such as FanCourier, DPD, FedEx, and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery
• Orders can also be picked up personally from our location in Buftea, Ilfov County, Monday to Friday between 08:30 – 17:00

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and vary depending on the selected delivery method:

• Express courier with open-on-delivery option – 55RON
• Standard courier – cost calculated based on parcel weight and volume
• No shipping fee applies for personal pickup from our location

4. Important Notes

• Delivery times may vary during busy periods (public holidays, Black Friday, etc.)
• For custom orders, the exact delivery time will be confirmed by a REZISTENTE MAG representative
• Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging and request a damage report from the courier if necessary
