We ship via FanCourier and DPD.
Pickup is available in Buftea (Mon–Fri, 08:30 – 17:00).

Return & Warranty Policy

10. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days, according to OUG 34/2014, for unused products.
Custom-made products are non-returnable.

• Standard products: 12 months
• Custom products: 6 months

12. Warranty exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• incorrect installation
• dry operation / low liquid level
• limescale, corrosion, impurities
• incorrect voltage or lack of grounding
• unauthorized intervention
