Accessing and using this website constitutes your explicit agreement to these Terms and Conditions and represents a legally binding agreement between the parties.

The relationship between the parties is governed by applicable Romanian and European legislation, including but not limited to:

Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection
Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals
Law no. 363/2007 on unfair commercial practices
Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce
Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights

At European level, the following apply:

Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce
Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the REZISTENTE MAG website – including, but not limited to, texts, images, technical descriptions, graphics, symbols, scripts, and databases – is the property of Techrom Industry Solutions SRL and is protected under Romanian and European intellectual property laws.

Any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may be sanctioned under applicable law.

4. Access and Use

Users are granted limited, non-exclusive access to the website for personal or professional purposes (information, requests, orders).

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

copying or reproducing any part of the website
modifying or reverse-engineering the website
commercial exploitation without prior written consent

5. Products and Pricing

Products displayed on the website are offered and/or distributed by Techrom Industry Solutions SRL.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The final price is the one confirmed at the time of order.

6. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online or through direct contact
Order confirmation is provided via email or direct communication
Payment methods include bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods

7. Delivery

Products are delivered via courier or arranged transport
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier

8. Return Policy

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU, individual consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days.

Exceptions:

custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned
used or damaged products are not eligible for return

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

9. Product Warranty

Standard products: 12-month warranty
Custom / made-to-order products: 6-month warranty

The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

improper use
incorrect installation
unsuitable operating conditions (including water quality, voltage, environment)
unauthorized repairs or modifications

10. Limitation of Liability

Techrom Industry Solutions SRL shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages
commercial losses resulting from product use
improper or unintended use of products

All products are intended for industrial use and must be operated by qualified personnel.

11. Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
the company’s Privacy Policy

Users benefit from all rights provided under applicable data protection laws.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

Disputes shall be settled amicably whenever possible
Failing this, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Romania
All contracts are governed by Romanian and European law
