1. How can I order?

You can order directly online on our website

2. How is delivery handled?

In-stock products are delivered within 2–3 business days via FanCourier or DPD
Custom / made-to-order products are delivered within up to 30 days, depending on complexity
You can pick up your order from Buftea, Ilfov, Monday to Friday, between 08:30 – 17:00

3. Payment methods

Cash on delivery
Bank transfer based on proforma invoice

4. Can I return products?

Yes, within 14 calendar days, according to Romanian Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Custom / made-to-order products are not eligible for return

5. Warranty

Standard products: 12 months warranty
Custom products: 6 months warranty
Warranty does NOT cover damages caused by:
- incorrect installation
- hard water
- low liquid level
- unauthorized interventions
