The Herz GmbH 20 mm angled nozzle with a 60-degree bend is designed for controlled welding of membranes, films, tarpaulins and other thermoplastic materials. Its 32 mm push-fit connection allows quick installation on compatible professional hot air tools.
The 60-degree angle provides a comfortable working position when the welding area cannot be approached directly. Hot air is guided beneath the material edge, while the 20 mm outlet supports accurate heating of narrow overlap areas.
It is suitable for local repairs, edges, corners and overlap welding on PVC or TPO membranes, technical tarpaulins, banners and weldable films. The heated material should be pressed with a suitable roller to complete the seam.
