The Herz GmbH 5.7 mm speed welding nozzle is designed to guide profiled welding rod during professional thermoplastic fabrication.
Its shaped guide keeps the profile rod correctly aligned and continuously feeds it toward the joint. Hot air is directed toward both the filler material and the base surface, supporting controlled softening before the rod is pressed into the seam.
This model is suitable for plastic tank fabrication, ventilation systems, pipes, technical components and constructions made from thermoplastic sheets. The 5.7 mm profile provides stable feeding and supports consistent welding along straight or curved joints.
