Professional hand extrusion welder for thermoplastics
The BAK / HERZ ExOn 1 is a professional hand extrusion welder for joining thermoplastic materials. It is designed for applications that require a stable extrusion bead, separate process control and higher productivity than basic hot-air rod welding.
The unit operates on 230V, has a rated power of 2640W and provides approximately 0.5-1.1 kg/h welding output. It uses Ø4 mm round welding rod and is intended for PP, PE, PVC and PVDF.
Separate air and extrudate temperature control
ExOn 1 allows the air temperature and extrudate temperature to be adjusted separately. This helps the operator adapt the process to the material, thickness and joint geometry. The machine also includes cold-start protection for both air and extrudate.
The welding shoe can be adjusted through 360°, which makes the tool easier to position around tanks, sheets and fabricated plastic parts. An external-air version can also be supplied.
