The BAK / HERZ RoofOn Digital is a professional automatic hot-air welding machine for thermoplastic roofing membranes. It is designed for flat-roof and waterproofing work where consistent speed, controlled temperature and a uniform 40 mm seam are important for productivity and repeatable welding quality.
The Digital version adds digital display and control of temperature and welding speed while retaining the compact, robust and portable design of the RoofOn platform.
The 230V version provides 3400W power. Welding temperature is adjustable from 20 to 600°C, welding speed ranges from 0.5 to 12 m/min and airflow is continuously adjustable from 50 to 100%, with a maximum airflow of approximately 500 l/min at 20°C.
