BAK ExOn 10 industrial extruder for automated plastic welding
The BAK ExOn 10 is a professional industrial extrusion unit developed for automated thermoplastic welding, machine integration, robotic applications, production systems and industrial 3D printing.
Unlike a conventional hand extrusion welder, the ExOn 10 is designed to become part of an automated production process. It can be installed on robotic arms and simple axis systems, with variable mounting positions to suit the application.
The unit operates on 3x400V, with 5000W power consumption in the preheating configuration and an extrusion output of up to 6 kg/h. Standard welding consumable is supplied as pellets.
BAK specifies compatibility with PE, PP, PVC, TPU, TPE, ABS, PMMA, PA, PC, PET, PLA and many other thermoplastics.
