ENDA EDT2412A-230-08 is a 230V AC digital refrigeration and defrost controller designed to manage temperature, compressor operation and automatic defrost cycles in commercial and industrial cooling equipment.

The controller has a compact 77x35 mm panel format, one NTC sensor input, one digital input and two 8A relay outputs. It is suitable for cold rooms, refrigerated cabinets, commercial refrigerators, display coolers and similar refrigeration systems.

Temperature and defrost control

The NTC sensor provides a measuring range of:

-60.0...+150.0 C

Display sensitivity can be selected as 0.1 C or 1 C, and an NTC probe offset correction can be programmed.

Temperature regulation uses single set-point On-Off control, with adjustable hysteresis between 1 and 20.0 C.

Compressor protection parameters can be configured, while probe-failure operation can be selected as ON, OFF or periodic operation.

Smart Defrost

The EDT2412A includes a selectable Smart Defrost function. Defrost duration and the interval between defrost cycles can be adjusted according to the refrigeration application.

The second relay can be configured for defrosting or lighting, while the digital input can also initiate defrost or lighting functions.
