The BAK-AG LiiOn is a professional battery-powered hot air plastic welding tool designed for mobile thermoplastic welding. It allows technicians to complete repairs and detail work on roofs, job sites and remote areas without relying on a nearby electrical outlet, extension cable or portable generator.

The cordless design is particularly useful for quick repairs, short welding operations and applications where mobility is more important than continuous production. It is suitable for compatible PVC and TPO roofing membranes, tarpaulins, flooring, technical films, plastic sheets and thermoplastic components.

Temperature is continuously adjustable from 20 to 650C. The 1200W output, approximately 150 l/min airflow and approximately 1600 Pa static pressure provide controlled heating for professional plastic welding.

Operating time can reach approximately 45 minutes at the highest temperature, depending on the selected nozzle, temperature setting, material and working conditions. An audible signal indicates when the battery is running low, helping the operator complete the weld and stop the tool correctly.
