A threaded electric heating element provides a compact mounting solution for tanks, machinery and process installations with a threaded connection. TechRom manufactures custom threaded heaters for industrial, OEM, water, oil and other compatible applications.

The design is not limited to one thread or power rating. Thread connection, total power, 230V or 400V supply, insertion length, element geometry, sheath material and electrical termination can be adapted. Watt density is selected according to the heated medium and operating conditions, not only the requested total power.

Suitable for special replacement parts, machine building, tanks, process systems and OEM series. For replacement heaters, send thread dimensions, insertion length, power and voltage. For new projects, provide process data and available installation space.

Manufactured to order and quoted according to configuration. Drawings and photos are welcome.
