A custom immersion heater is used when heat must be transferred directly into water, oil or another compatible liquid inside a tank, vessel or process installation. Heating Element Manufacture compoany manufactures electric immersion heaters to order, based on the actual medium, volume, target temperature and mounting conditions.

Power, voltage, heated length, tube diameter, sheath material, cold zone, electrical termination and mounting connection can be adapted to the application. Versions can be designed for 48V, 11V, 230V, 400V, 600V and special electrical configurations.

This is not a fixed-size stock heater. Each electric heating element is configured for the required process. Send us the liquid type, tank volume, starting and target temperatures, required heating time, supply voltage and available installation dimensions. Existing drawings, photos or old heaters can also be used as references.
