Elstein FSR/1 ceramic infrared panel heater, 600W, 230V, 245 x 60 mm, concave design for thermoforming, drying and industrial radiant heating.
Delivery date: 1-2 working days stock products
The Elstein FSR/1 600W 230V ceramic infrared heater is a concave panel radiator designed for radiant heating in industrial processes. Its full-pour ceramic construction and concave design allow the heater to be integrated into modular heating surfaces with different geometries.
The model is suitable for thermoforming, foil heating, plastics preheating, drying, industrial furnaces, surface treatment and other applications that require a radiant heat source without direct contact with the material.
This version is rated at 600W and 230V AC. The radiator dimensions are approximately 245 x 60 mm, while the mounting dimensions are approximately 250 x 62.5 mm. The installable surface rating is approximately 38.4 kW/m² for the 600W version. The heater has standard 85 mm connection leads, an Elstein standard socket and a mounting set.
The typical operating temperature for the 600W version is up to approximately 590 °C, while the maximum permissible radiator temperature is 750 °C. The typical radiation wavelength range is 2–10 µm. Actual temperature depends on the distance from the material, reflector arrangement, ventilation, installation and process conditions.
For temperature control, the T-FSR/1 version with an integrated Type K thermocouple and 100 mm thermocouple leads can be used. Send us the application, heating area and target temperature so we can help check the correct heater and control configuration.
