The trolley has dimensions of H880 x W600 x D400 mm and weighs approximately 34 kg without accessories. The body is made from DKP and HRP steel sheet, with a thickness between 0.80 and 1.20 mm, offering a stable and resistant structure for professional use.

The surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating. Before painting, phosphating treatment is applied for better paint adhesion and improved long-term protection. The textured finish helps protect the surface against scratches, light impacts and normal workshop wear.

The upper worktop measures W600 x D450 mm and is fitted with a 3.50 mm ABS top and honeycomb-pattern PVC covering. This surface is useful for placing tools during work, removed parts, consumables, accessories or small equipment that must remain close to the working area.

The trolley is equipped with 5 drawers: 4 drawers of 120 mm and 1 drawer of 200 mm. The drawers are fitted with telescopic slides for smooth opening and quick access to tools. Each drawer supports up to 40 kg, making the trolley suitable for wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, socket sets, measuring tools, consumables and other metal tools used every day.

The safety latch system helps prevent accidental drawer opening while the trolley is being moved. All drawers can be locked, offering additional protection for tools and accessories.

The open side compartments provide extra space for quick storage of accessories, technical sprays, gloves, small boxes, spare parts, consumables and frequently used tools. These side compartments are very useful in auto service centers and active workshops, where operators need fast access to materials without opening the main drawers all the time.

The model can be manufactured with right-side storage, left-side storage or adapted configurations depending on customer request. The side compartments are strongly integrated into the trolley body for stability and resistance during daily use.

The R100 medium industrial wheel system includes 1 braked wheel, 1 swivel wheel and 2 fixed wheels. This configuration allows easy movement inside the workshop, next to the vehicle, machine, workbench or production area.
