Correct tank heating depends on more than heater wattage. Tank volume, liquid type, heat losses, target temperature and required heat-up time all affect the design. RezistenteMag therefore manufactures tank heating elements to order for the actual process conditions.
Electric heating elements can be produced for water, oil and compatible process liquids with threaded, flanged or project-specific mounting. Power, voltage, insertion length, sheath material and geometry are selected according to the operating environment.
For sizing and quotation, provide tank volume, liquid, starting and target temperature, desired heating time, supply voltage and mounting arrangement. For an existing tank, send the connection or flange dimensions.
Made-to-order solution for industrial tanks, machinery, skids, process equipment and OEM projects. Price on request.
