For larger tanks, higher powers or installations requiring flange mounting, TechRom manufactures custom flanged electric heaters. These assemblies are intended mainly for industrial processes where geometry, materials and thermal loading must be matched to the application.

The flange and heating elements can be configured according to mounting dimensions, power, voltage, insertion length and heated medium. Stainless steel and other suitable materials can be evaluated depending on the project. Heating circuits or stages can be arranged when required by the electrical design and process control.

For quotation, provide the flange diameter and standard or a drawing, bolt-hole arrangement, liquid, temperature, relevant design pressure, required power, voltage and available insertion length. Special applications may require additional control and safety information.

Each flanged heater is engineered to order, so pricing is provided after technical definition. Send the specification or drawing for a quotation.
