Designed for industrial processes that need uniform infrared radiation, the 500 W TQS Classic FS H2 offers a compact format, horizontal installation, and an H2 bracket. Applications include thermoforming, thermal lamination, shrink packaging, and drying paints, varnishes, textiles, or coated surfaces.
The FS 500 variant, rated at 230 V, reaches a maximum surface temperature of 589 C and a maximum power density of 30 kW/m2. The cassette measures 248 x 25 x 63 mm and weighs approximately 300 g. Its metal reflector limits radiation and convection losses, and operating life can reach up to 20,000 hours.
