An electric heating element can be used in a buffer tank as an auxiliary heat source, to use available electrical energy or to maintain temperature under defined operating conditions. TechRom manufactures buffer tank heaters to order so the element matches the connection, internal space and required power.

Thread or mounting type, voltage, power, immersion length and material can be adapted. 400V configurations can be evaluated for three-phase systems and higher powers, while 230V versions are available for suitable applications.

Correct installation requires adequate internal clearance and appropriate electrical control and protection. Please provide connection dimensions, tank diameter, maximum available insertion length, volume, operating temperature and electrical supply.
