Delivery date: 1-2 working days stock products
The Elstein FSR/1 650W 230V is a ceramic infrared heater with a concave design and full-pour ceramic construction. It is intended for integration into modular heating surfaces and can be arranged in different geometries according to the process and the area to be heated.
With 650W power and a 230V supply, the FSR/1 is suitable for industrial radiant heating, preheating plastic parts and films, thermoforming, drying, industrial furnaces and surface treatment. The concave radiator design helps direct infrared radiation towards the working area and supports efficient, configurable heating systems.
For the FSR/1 650W model, the installable surface output is approximately 41.6 kW/m² and the typical radiator operating temperature reaches approximately 620°C. The maximum permissible radiator temperature is 750°C. The wavelength range is 2–10 µm; the effective process temperature depends on the distance to the workpiece, material, transport speed, insulation and power control.
The standard version has connection leads of approximately 85mm, an Elstein standard socket and a mounting set. For applications requiring integrated temperature measurement, the T-FSR/1 thermocouple version is available with an integrated Type K thermocouple and approximately 100mm thermocouple leads. Before installation, check electrical compatibility, distance to the material, ventilation and protection against contact with hot surfaces.
