ENDA EDP2041-LV is a compact industrial digital potentiometer designed for precise adjustment of an analog reference signal directly from a machine or automation control panel.
The LV version operates from 10-30V DC or 8-24V AC, making it particularly suitable for low-voltage industrial control systems. Its compact 77x35 mm front format is designed for panel mounting.
The EDP2041 provides a practical digital alternative to conventional analog potentiometers when improved adjustment accuracy, repeatability and a visible set value are required.
Its 4-digit display provides a clear indication of the configured value. The display scale can be programmed between -1999 and 9999, with an adjustable decimal point position.
The EDP2041 supports three selectable analog output formats:
Minimum and maximum output values can be digitally configured, allowing the unit to be adapted to different frequency drives, controllers, actuators and industrial automation systems.
The 0-10V output has a specified accuracy of 0.1% and 1mV resolution. The current outputs also provide 0.1% accuracy, with 2 microA resolution.
External UP and DOWN inputs allow the preset value to be increased or decreased from remote push buttons instead of exclusively using the front keypad.
Selectable Soft ON and Soft OFF functions are also available for applications where the analog reference should increase or decrease progressively instead of changing immediately.
Typical applications include variable frequency drive reference control, motor speed adjustment, pumps, fans, conveyors, extrusion equipment, injection molding machinery, dosing systems and other industrial processes using 0-10V or 4-20mA analog reference signals.
Note: RS485 Modbus communication is an optional configuration and must be ordered with the -RS extension. It should not be assumed to be included with the standard EDP2041-LV model.
