The Elstein FSR/2 300W sits in the useful middle ground between a low-output heater and the higher-power FSR/2 versions. It is a practical option for machine builders, maintenance teams and users looking for a 230V ceramic IR heating element with enough reserve for drying, moving parts and general process heating.
At 300W, the typical operating temperature is up to about 590 C. The heater emits in the 2-10 micrometre infrared range, while the FSR series is rated for a maximum permissible temperature of 750 C. This makes the 300W version suitable for drying zones, conveyor processes, component warming, production preheating and compact machine installations.
Its main advantage is balance. It delivers noticeably more heat than a 200W unit without moving straight to the strongest FSR/2 option. It can also be used as a like-for-like replacement where existing equipment specifically requires a 300W, 230V ceramic infrared element. In food-service or HoReCa machinery, integration must be within equipment engineered for infrared heating, with proper guarding and temperature control.
The heater is made in Germany using Elstein's full ceramic casting process. Its concave geometry creates spacing from the mounting plate and helps reduce unnecessary heating in the wiring area. Stock availability makes it convenient for maintenance, machine upgrades and new IR heating assemblies
