The BAK-AG speed welding nozzle for 5 mm round rod is suitable for larger weld seams and applications requiring a higher volume of filler material.
Its guide directs the welding rod toward the joint while hot air prepares both the plastic surface and the filler material. The operator can move continuously along the seam, achieving faster and more controlled application than manually feeding the rod without a guide.
The 5 mm size is well suited to tanks, pipes, thicker plastic sheets and industrial thermoplastic components. It can be used in production, repair and professional maintenance operations.
The nozzle uses a push-fit connection on a 5 mm tubular nozzle. The tubular nozzle and hot air welding tool are not included. Original product code 5106991.
