The professional BAK 7 mm profile speed welding nozzle is intended for thermoplastic applications requiring a larger weld seam and stable filler material feeding.
Its profiled guide supports the welding rod along the working direction and helps feed it consistently into the heated joint. This gives the operator improved control over working speed, pressure and seam position.
The 7 mm version is suitable for larger tanks, pipes, thick sheets and industrial plastic structures. It can be used with PE, PP and other compatible thermoplastic materials when the correct welding parameters are applied.
The nozzle is push-fitted onto a 5 mm tubular nozzle. The hot air tool, tubular nozzle and profile welding rod are supplied separately. Product code 5106993.
