We manufacture custom electric immersion heaters in different power ratings, voltages, lengths, diameters and mounting configurations. Depending on the application, the heating element can be supplied with a threaded connection, flange or a special mounting solution designed according to customer requirements.

Heating element materials are selected according to the liquid, operating temperature and application. AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316L, Incoloy and other materials are available for standard and demanding industrial applications.

Custom immersion heaters can be manufactured for 48V, 230V, 400V, 600V single-phase or three-phase operation, from compact water heating applications to high-power industrial heating systems.
